We assist a number of our patrons in the inadmissibility quandary via the Temporary Resident Permit. Individuals who are inadmissible but need to travel to Canada must provide a valid reason and justify the circumstances, in which case they may be issued a temporary resident permit. The temporary resident permit will only be issued if the individual’s need to travel to the country outweighs the health/safety risks to the Canadian societies. These risks are determined by the immigration border officials and if the reason for visit is not justified, a temporary resident permit will not be issued.
